Project Inquiry Form

Please answer as fully as possible.

Anyone who has a roof with solar access can plug into the sun for all their energy needs. To receive an estimate on a roof mounted solar power generator please fill out the project information below. We suggest that you check dsireusa.org for incentives available in your area.

Instructions:

  1. Think like the sun. Look down at your house from its position during the season when you most need electrical energy, and describe what you see, below. Don't forget to consider garage and outbuildings.
  2. For our purposes, estimates of size and slope need only to be approximate, but direction is critical, and a compass might help. Remember that True North and Magnetic North are usually a few degrees apart.
  3. Answers to starred (*) questions are mandatory, and others are here to help us help you. Give us as much information as you can. Use the "notes" field to supplement your short answers as required.
  4. When you get to Electrical Demand, please give us AVERAGES for the year and for a typical bill. Winter and Summer electrical use usually differ dramatically, and utility charges are often hard to discern. Take an average bill, figure out how many dollars TOTAL and how many kilowatts TOTAL, and divide dollars by kilowatts to get the cost.
  5. If you have drawings or photos, please be sure to tick the "I have images" box, and then promptly email your images to the address shown.
  6. Your personal information belongs to you. If your project falls outside our area, we may share your information with a trusted partner whose privacy standards are as high as ours.
